I can’t possibly cover all the sights in Cambridge in a single post. So, I’m putting up a post on one of my favorite spots – Trinity Street. As the name suggests, this street has got its name from one of the most famous colleges of Cambridge, Trinity College. Almost all tourists start from this street and head to the different attractions presented by this city.
My days of stay in this city maybe coming to an end, earlier, I used to walk along the streets with no purpose, just to enjoy – the architecture of the buildings, the monuments, the Backs, the well maintained gardens, the narrow streets, the walls, the Sun clocks… Now this is an effort to store some of those sights on film, err… digital storage media.
The most difficult task I’m facing currently is to select the pictures for this blog, from the huge collection of snaps I have.

As usual I can’t possibly resist heading towards the Backs, the weather being fine, there was considerable traffic for Punting on the River Cam.

This should either be a work of art or this wall has been repaired many times over with different kinds of bricks with puzzling arrangements.
I present you the central part of Cambridge with Bi-cycles (very much part of the Cambridge culture) as a backdrop. Even the Blind can visualize the Grandeur of this city!
I know, I know, the title of this post is not justifying the contents, but, Trinity Street is where a major percentage of the tourists start their expedition from.
I think I might just envy u!I dont think I commented on ur last post, but the cows are too cute,and the bench pic…alright!I seriously envy u now!!:)

yashita: Those are not cows but Bulls, clearly visible in the photo ;). those are bad bulls not cute – they charged me, i was saved by my ever alert sense 🙂RK: camera not for sale! got it in japan, its available in India – at 30% more cost 🙂

I was prejudiced that I have seen some great photos – photos of Chamundi hill, Kukkarahalli kere, Kaggadaspura, Mekedatu, Karanji kere – which are very close to my heart. So thought your blog lost its charm for me when I saw blurry photos of Bangalore to London:) But now when I look back and see – moon to the side of the tree, lovely cottages, Cathedral West Tower, lovely climate that day, first view of the magnificent cathedral, The Bench, cows, House on the banks of River Cam, Grand entrance, The Backs, Kings chapel on the left, Inside Kings College – when the day of return has come near I stand more confused!!!
Keshav: I think you are exaggerating about this place being heaven, nope, no way near it :). And dude, thanks for praising me yet again. Your praises are not exactly helping me in my efforts to remain modest, hehe..P Kalyan: What do i say here..? All visitors: I will be in India for 2-3 weeks starting from 25th of this month. Why am I mentioning it here? – because, I’m too excited and looking forward for my stay in India.

RK: I’m not on a vacation to India, how I wish I was. Will be glad to meet you. I wouldnt miss a get-together for anything on this earth if you can manage to have TN Seetharam as a guest (hehe..), I still envy you people to have met him in your get-together a month back.
